The coating composition is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by weight.
The production process of aluminized zinc steel plate is similar to that of galvanized steel plate
and aluminized steel plate, which is a continuous melting coating process. Compared with the
galvanized steel sheet with the same thickness, the aluminum zinc alloy coated steel sheet with 55%
aluminum zinc alloy coating has better corrosion resistance when both sides are exposed to the same
environment. The 55% aluminum zinc alloy coated aluminum zinc steel plate not only has good corrosion
resistance, but also has excellent adhesion and flexibility.
